From your first idea to a finished track in your inbox. Every step is designed to be clear, personal, and pressure-free.
Step 1
Choose your genre and tier
Start by picking the genre that fits your song: weddings, birthdays, tributes, self-work and healing, gym and focus, instrumentals, or custom. Then choose the tier that gives you the right amount of space to tell the story.
Brief depth by tier
- £10 Basic Song — up to 300 characters per answer. Short and direct.
- £20 Story Song — up to 600 characters per answer. Room for more detail.
- £30 Deep Song — up to 900 characters per answer. Full depth, unlimited refinements.
- £90 Guided Song Build — up to 2,700 characters per answer, or a guided video call to capture the story together.
Not sure which tier? Start with Story (£20). You can always upgrade later if you need more space.
Step 2
Pay for your track(s)
Payment is handled securely through Stripe. You can buy one track or several in the same order. Each track unlocks its own brief form after payment.
If you have a redeem code (from a Twitch reward or gift), you can skip payment entirely and go straight to the brief.
Step 3
Fill in your brief
After payment you are taken to a guided questionnaire. Ten questions, shaped around your chosen genre. Weddings ask about the love story. Tributes ask about the person being honoured. Instrumentals ask about atmosphere and texture.
If you ordered multiple tracks, you can move between them and copy shared details across. Your answers are saved automatically so you can come back and finish later.
You also choose your delivery options here: tuning frequency (440 Hz standard, or 432/528/639/852 Hz for wellness and healing), delivery speed (standard 3 days, priority 2 days, or express 1 day), and whether you want a printed PDF lyric sheet (+£1).
Step 4
We compose your song
Your brief lands with our team. We turn your answers into lyrics, melody, tone, and structure — shaped around the person, the moment, or the feeling you described. Every song is built from scratch. Nothing is templated or recycled.
For instrumentals, we translate your atmosphere and texture notes into a full production with precise structural direction: instruments, pacing, build, and resolve.
Step 5
Review and refine
We send you a draft. Listen, sit with it, and let us know if anything needs adjusting. Refinements are included with every tier.
Refinements by tier
- Basic (£10) — up to 3 refinements
- Story (£20) — up to 6 refinements
- Deep (£30) — unlimited refinements
- Guided (£90) — built collaboratively, refined until it lands
Step 6
Delivery
Your finished track is delivered digitally as MP3 and WAV. If you ordered a PDF lyric sheet, that comes with it. Everything arrives by email.
Your song comes with a personal licence by default — share it freely with credit to Bronchoe Creation CIC / Held in Song. If you need commercial use or full ownership, that is confirmed in writing as part of your order.
Turnaround times
Turnaround is measured in working days from when we receive your completed brief.
- Standard — 3 working days
- Priority — 2 working days
- Express — 1 working day
Speed is selected per song during the brief stage, not at checkout.
Tuning frequency
Every song is tuned to a base frequency. 440 Hz is the global standard. Alternative frequencies are used in wellness, meditation, and healing work.
- 440 Hz — Standard tuning (default)
- 432 Hz — Natural / relaxation
- 528 Hz — Love / healing
- 639 Hz — Connection / relationships
- 852 Hz — Intuition / spiritual
If you are unsure, 440 Hz is the right choice. You can select your frequency during the brief stage.
